高压脉冲群测试仪器设置注意事项

进行EFT电快速脉冲群测试是CE认证中一个最基本的EMC测试项目,普通的电子电器产品测试5 kHz的群脉冲即可,但是,医疗测试要求会更高,不仅仅满足5 kHz还需要满足100 kHz测试要求。这里问题就来了,在测试医疗产品的时候就需要来回切换5 kHz与100 kHz进行切换。但是,很多仪器设备的参数设置,可就不是那么“人性化”了。脉冲时间、脉冲个数,可以DIY分别进行设置,这个设计可能是厂家为了更加方便实验室进行各种自定义测试,满足不同的测试需求扩大设备的通用性,初衷是好的。但是,对于实验室的测试工程师,特别是对于没有读标准,或者读标准不深的测试工程师,可能就是设置错误,导致测试误差。特别是对于医疗产品来说,我遇到几次了,都是因为这个问题。因此,作如下澄清分享:

测试脉冲特征

  • 300 ms 一个脉冲群周期
  • 5 kHz 意味着脉冲周期就是0.2 ms为单个脉冲周期,当5 kHz时那么15 ms群脉冲,即15 ms/0.2 ms就是75个脉冲。
    • 5 kHz的EFT脉冲宽度200 us
    • 5 kHz的EFT脉冲个数75个
  • 100 kHz 意味着脉冲周期就是0.01 ms为单个脉冲周期,当100 kHz时那么0.75 ms群脉冲,即0.75 ms/0.01 ms就是75个脉冲。
    • 100 kHz的EFT脉冲宽度10 us
    • 100 kHz的EFT脉冲个数75个
  • 无论是5 kHz还是100 kHz都是75个EFT脉冲,但是,虽然都是75个脉冲,但是两钟脉冲的时间宽度是不一样的,5 kHz的EFT脉冲宽度200 us,100 kHz的EFT脉冲宽度10 us。
