美国FCC认证

FCC全称是Federal Communications Commission,中文为美国联邦通信委员会。于1934年由COMMUNICATIONACT建立,是美国政府的一个独立机构,直接对国会负责。FCC通过控制无线电广播、电视、电信、卫星和电缆来协调国内和国际的通信。涉及美国50多个州、哥伦比亚以及美国所属地区为确保与生命财产有关的无线电和电线通信产品的安全性,FCC的工程技术部负责委员会的技术支持,同时负责设备认可方面的事务。许多无线电应用产品、通讯产品和数字产品要进入美国市场,都要求FCC的认可。

美国

制定产品要求与法规的目的是为了降低受伤风险、提高生活质量,确保使用过程中的安全性。绝大多数进入美国市场的产品都必须满足有关当局的要求,具体取决于产品范围。

对于电气产品而言,必须由审批通过的全国认可测试实验室(NRTL)开展电气安全测试工作。国家认可检测实验室(NRTL)与医疗有关的产品必须满足美国食品药品管理局(FDA)的相关要求。联邦通信委员会(FCC)法规适用于无线通信设备,环保产品应满足美国能源部(DOC)要求。

认证类型

美国联邦通信委员会FCC在2017年11月2日,将DoC和Verification合并为SDoC(Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity),SDoC认证将取代FCC Verification和DoC认证程序,所有适用于FCC Verification和DoC认证程序的设备均可采取SDoC认证程序。

FCC针对电子产品的类型分为两种不同的认证方式,分别为:FCC SDoC和 FCC ID(Certification) ,前者适用于普通不带无线功能产品,后者适用带无线功能的产品。
